Q: Where is your Tampa Medical Spa Located? A: 4730 N Habana Ave Suite 301 TAMPA, FL 33614
Q: What are your hours of operations? A: Monday-Friday: 10:30AM - 7:30PM Saturday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM Sunday: Closed
Q: How can I schedule an appointment at your spa? A: We ask you please use our booking link to schedule your preferred appointment time online. If you have any questions you'd like to ask us prior to booking or have any issues booking online, please give us a call at (813) 251-2915 or text us at (813) 585-0061.
Q: Do you require deposits for booking? A: All clients are required a to enter a card information to book any appointment. The card on file will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the appointment fee. The deposit go towards your balance on your appointment day. Training classes also required a 50% Non--refundable deposit and it will go towards your balance on your appointment day.
Q: How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment? A: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Q: What is your spa appointment cancellation policy? A: When in need of canceling/rescheduling your appointment please provide a 24 hour cancelation notice. If appointment is cancel/reschedule outside the 24 hour window the client will loose the deposit paid for the service booked. If the client does a "NO CALL NO SHOW" the client will be charged 100% of the service booked the day of the appointment to the card on file. We love our clients and your time is super important to us, but please keep in mind our time is also important. THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESS!
Q: Do you offer gift cards/certificates? A: Yes we have gift cards available for purchase on your next or as a gift for a friend.
Q: Are spa packages available for your services? A: Yes, we offer a variety of treatment packages each month. Packages are discussed on your appointment date.

Q: What is non-surgical body contouring? A: Non-surgical body contouring is a non-invasive way to remove fat in specific areas without any downtime. Body Contouring also targets cellulite, toning, and the lymphatic system.

Q: What is the best treatment for aging skin? A: This answer may be different for each individual. Typically, a good skincare regimen is the first step. Hydrafacials, micro needling, laser treatments, and injectables all play a unique role in reversing facial aging. We will customize an individual plan for each patient based on your needs!
Facials & Chemical Peels
Q: What does a HydraFacial do? A: Hydrafacial treatment is the only hydradermabrasion that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydration and antioxidant protection simultaneously.
Q: What are the benefits of a HydraFacial? A: Soothing and hydrating! Helps improve congested and enlarged pores and is great for all skin types.
Q: What does a HydraFacial do? A: Hydrafacial treatment is the only hydradermabrasion that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydration and antioxidant protection simultaneously.
Q: What is the best facial for wrinkles? A: The hydrafacial options are all great! The time options may vary so there is a choice for everyone, but all of them work to cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate the skin, which can effectively improve wrinkles if a good home regimen and maintenance treatments are maintained!
Q: How long do chemical peels last? A: Depending on the depth of the peel, your face may have some flaking or shedding for 1-2 weeks after your peel. Once this happens the newly refreshed layer of skin will reveal itself causing you to glow! Each person is different, but the results from a peel can usually brighten your face for a few months.
Q: Are chemical peels good for your skin? A: They are good for the skin! Like anything, chemical peels must be performed in moderation and by a skilled skin professional like our esties at Lunabella Aesthetics.
Laser Treatments
Q: What type of laser treatments do you offer? A: We offer a variety of lasers for various treatments such as hair removal, skin resurfacing, hyperpigmentation & anti-aging, varicose veins, fungal treatments, IPL, and we offer electrolysis.
Q: How long does the treatment take? A: 15-75min depending on the type of laser and the areas being treated.
Q: Is there downtime? A: Redness and tenderness can be felt for up to 24-48hrs.
Q: Is there any preparation needed before treatment? A: No sunburned skin, no self-tanning, shaving the area to be treated prior to appointment. Please stop using retinol or hydroquinone one week prior to treatment. *Please advise your esthetician of any medical conditions.*
Q: How should I care for my skin after treatment? A: Your laser technician will review all post-care needs after the session.
Q: How many sessions and how often? A: Sessions vary depending on treatment, can range from 3 to 8 sessions.
Q: Who isn’t a candidate for Laser? A: Those who are pregnant, have pacemakers or metal implants in the treatment area, currently have cancer, auto-immune diseases, uncontrolled diabetes or seizures, vascular disorders, Accutane in the last 6 months, or skin that forms keloids.
